Firstright Developments Limited (“FDL”) has been issued an Interactive Online Gaming License by the Philippine Master Licensor, for interactive gaming First Cagayan Leisure and Resort Corporation on August 10, 2007.

FDL is the parent company of GWI Business Solutions, Inc. (“GWI”), a corporation organized and existing under Philippine laws and registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission. GWI is registered with the Cagayan Economic Zone Authority (“CEZA”) as a locator. On 9 August 2006, GWI obtained an Interactive Gaming License from the CEZA through the First Cagayan Leisure and Resort Corporation (“FCLRC”) for the operations of an online sportsbook, which was eventually transferred to FDL in August 10, 2007.

The management and shareholder of FDL have years of experience in the management and operations of online gaming services and products, as well as sportsbook operations. FDL is currently relying on this experience and knowledge to exploit the huge Asian e-gaming market with the operation of a multi-language multi-brand online gaming and sportsbetting platform.

GWI, FDL’s wholly-owned local Philippine subsidiary, will continue to be a CEZA-locator but, instead of being an e-gaming or sportsbook operator, it will provide support services to FDL.
